1 12 following:
1 13 "Sec. . Section 321G.13, subsection 10, Code
1 14 Supplement 2001, is amended by striking the
1 15 subsection.
1 16 Sec. . Section 321G.13, Code Supplement 2001,
1 17 is amended by adding the following new unnumbered
1 18 paragraph:
1 19 NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH. A person shall not drive
1 20 or operate a snowmobile on public land without a
1 21 measurable snow cover."
1 22 #6. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 23 word "snowmobiles" the following: "and removing the
1 24 restriction on the use of an all-terrain vehicle on
1 25 public land without a measurable snow cover".
1 26 #7. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
1 27 and correcting internal references as necessary.
