  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "services" the following:  "at no charge".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, line 22, by striking the word "both"
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "all".
  1  6    #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "c.  The organization operates a retail business in
  1  9 this state."
  1 10    #4.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 11 word "permits" the following:  ", the certification of
  1 12 tax-exempt organizations that operate solid waste
  1 13 diversion and recycling programs, and the retention of
  1 14 tonnage fees by planning areas".
