  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3698, to House File 696, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 8 and 9, and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "a.  An employer other than a governmental entity
  1  7 or a nonprofit organization, subject to this
  1  8 chapter,".
  1  9    #2.  Page 1, line 34, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "section" the following:  "or require payment by a
  1 11 reimbursable governmental entity or nonprofit
  1 12 organization".
  1 13    #3.  Page 1, line 41, by inserting after the word
  1 14 "manner" the following:  "or as otherwise provided in
  1 15 this chapter".
