1 1 Amend the amendment, S-3613, to House File 742, as
1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as

1 4 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 27 the
1 5 following:
1 6 "# . Page 13, by inserting after line 29, the

1 8 " . For recreational grants to be used for the
1 9 restoration or construction of recreational complexes
1 10 or facilities under the recreational grant matching
1 11 program:

1 13 Matching grants awarded from the funds appropriated
1 14 in this subsection shall be awarded on a matching
1 15 basis of one dollar for every two dollars the
1 16 applicant had raised.
1 17 The department shall give special consideration to
1 18 recreational complex or facility projects which
1 19 involve public and private sector participation.""
1 20 #2. Page 6, line 2, by striking the figure
1 21 "1,000,000" and inserting the following: "2,000,000".
1 22 #3. By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
