  1  4 and inserting the following:  "twelve".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 14, by striking the word "member"
  1  6 and inserting the following:  "members".
  1  7    #3.  Page 2, line 15, by striking the words and
  1  8 letter "paragraph "f", the eleven" and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "paragraphs "f" and "h", the twelve".
  1 10    #4.  Page 2, line 16, by striking the word "eleven"
  1 11 and inserting the following:  "twelve".
  1 12    #5.  Page 2, by inserting after line 32 the
  1 13 following:
