1 3 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 3, the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. 500. Section 15E.193B, subsection 6,
1 6 paragraph b, Code 2001, is amended to read as follows:
1 7 b. Sales, services, and use tax refund for taxes
1 8 paid by an eligible business including an eligible
1 9 business acting as a contractor or subcontractor, as
1 10 provided in section 15.331A."
1 11 #2. Page 12, by striking line 5, and inserting the
1 12 following:
1 13 "Sec. . RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY.
1 14 1. Section 500 of this Act, being deemed of
1 15 immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment and
1 16 is retroactively applicable to July 1, 1998.
1 17 2. With the exception of section 500 of this Act,
1 18 this Act is".
1 19 #3. Title page, lines 1 and 2, by striking the
1 20 words "a retroactive applicability date" and inserting
1 21 the following: "effective date and retroactive
1 22 applicability date provisions".
1 23 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
