1 5 "Sec. . REBUILD IOWA INFRASTRUCTURE FUND-
1 6 APPROPRIATION.
1 7 Notwithstanding provisions to the contrary in
1 8 section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph "e", there is
1 9 appropriated from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund
1 10 created in section 8.57, subsection 5, to the
1 11 department of human services, for the fiscal year
1 12 beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, the
1 13 following amounts or so much thereof as is necessary
1 14 for utility costs:
