  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "students" the following:  ", including the use of
  1  5 technology for curriculum integration".
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, line 50, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "needs" the following:  ", including the integration
  1  8 of technology into curriculum development,".
  1  9    #3.  Page 9, line 34, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "include" the following:  "video portfolios as
  1 11 evidence of teaching practices and".
