1 8 "f. In an effort to improve public understanding
1 9 of the budget of the Iowa veterans home, and to
1 10 adequately meet the needs of the residents of the Iowa

1 12 assembly that the Iowa veterans home shall submit a
1 13 report by December 1, 2001, to the fiscal committee of
1 14 the legislative council regarding the funds
