  1  1    Amend House File 725, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 28, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  WATER QUALITY PROTECTION FUND.  There
  1  6 is appropriated from the general fund of the state to
  1  7 the department of natural resources for the fiscal
  1  8 year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002,
  1  9 the following amount, or so much thereof as is
  1 10 necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
  1 11    For deposit into the administration account of the
  1 12 water quality protection fund as created in section
  1 13 455B.183A in order for the department to carry out the
  1 14 purposes of that account:  
  1 15 .................................................. $    248,953"
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
