  1  1    Amend House File 502, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by striking line 19, and inserting the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "1.  A person shall not".
  1  6    #2.  Page 4, line 22, by inserting after the words
  1  7 "crop operation property" the following:  ", without
  1  8 the consent of the owner".
  1  9    #3.  Page 4, line 25, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "property" the following:  ", without the consent of
  1 11 the owner".
  1 12    #4.  Page 4, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "property," the following:  "without the consent of
  1 14 the owner,".
  1 15    #5.  Page 5, by inserting after line 12, the
  1 16 following:
  1 17    "d.  Apply a pesticide as defined in section 206.2
  1 18 within five hundred feet from an orchard, land used to
  1 19 produce an agricultural product that has been produced
  1 20 according to standards established pursuant to chapter
  1 21 190C, an educational institution, a religious
  1 22 institution, or a residence, unless the titleholder of
  1 23 the land benefiting from the separation distance signs
  1 24 a written consent which shall be effective when filed
  1 25 with the office of the recorder in the county in which
  1 26 the land is located."
  1 27    #6.  Page 6, by inserting after line 30, the
  1 28 following:
  1 29    "4A.  A person who applies a pesticide in violation
  1 30 of subsection 1, paragraph "d", is guilty of a serious
  1 31 misdemeanor."
  1 32    #7.  By renumbering as necessary.
