1 5 "Section 101. NEW SECTION. 2.17A WAITING PERIOD
1 6 – VOTING.
1 7 It is the intent of the general assembly that each
1 8 vote taken by a member of the general assembly be made
1 9 with the informed consent of the member. In order to
1 10 assure that each vote is taken with informed consent,
1 11 each house of the general assembly shall allow a
1 12 twenty-four hour waiting period between final remarks
1 13 on a bill that is before the house and the final vote
1 14 on the bill."
1 15 #2. Page 5, line 23, by striking the word "This"
1 16 and inserting the following: "Sections 1 through 6 of
1 17 this".
