  1  6    ""Sec. 102.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  The following".
  1  7    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 41 through 44 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "amending section 322A.11,
  1  9 subsection 2."
  1 10    #3.  Page 3, by striking lines 46 through 48.
  1 11    #4.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 12 internal references as necessary.
