1 5 #2. Page 3, lines 25 and 26, by striking the words
1 6 "; however, the identification need not be conspicuous
1 7 on posters".
1 8 #3. Page 3, line 27, by striking the words "yard
1 9 signs,".
1 10 #4. Page 5, by striking lines 22 through 26 and
1 11 inserting the following:
1 12 "2. All yard or other campaign signs shall bear
1 13 the attribution statement required by section 56.14,
1 14 regardless of the size or location of the sign."
1 15 #5. Page 5, by inserting after line 31 the
1 16 following:
1 17 "Sec. . Section 56.15, subsection 4, unnumbered
1 18 paragraph 2, Code 2001, is amended by striking the
1 19 paragraph."
1 20 #6. By renumbering or correcting internal
1 21 references as necessary.
