  1  1    Amend Senate File 375 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, by striking lines 10 and 11 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "   .  Yard signs shall only be placed upon
  1  5 residential property with the permission of the
  1  6 occupant of the property.
  1  7       .  Notwithstanding the previous subsection, this
  1  8 subsection does not prohibit placement of yard signs
  1  9 on any of the following property:".
  1 10    #2.  Page 5, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1 11 and figure "and 10" the following:  ", if the prior
  1 12 permission of the occupant of the property is
  1 13 obtained".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
