  1  2    #1.  Page 5, line 4, by striking the word "A", and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "1.  A".
  1  4    #2.  Page 5, line 13, by striking the figure "1.",
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "a."
  1  6    #3.  Page 5, line 16, by striking the figure "2.",
  1  7 and inserting the following:  "b."
  1  8    #4.  Page 5, line 20, by striking the figure "3.",
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "c."
  1 10    #5.  Page 5, by inserting after line 21 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "2.  If the structured settlement agreement or
  1 13 transfer agreement includes a provision requiring the
  1 14 terms of the structured settlement agreement or
  1 15 transfer agreement to remain confidential, the court
  1 16 or responsible administrative authority shall conduct
  1 17 in camera proceedings relating to the approval of the
  1 18 transfer agreement and shall not include any financial
  1 19 terms from the structured settlement agreement or the
  1 20 transfer agreement in the order required under
  1 21 subsection 1."
  1 22    #6.  Page 7, by inserting after line 11 the
  1 23 following:
  1 24    "3.  If a structured settlement agreement or
  1 25 transfer agreement includes a provision requiring the
  1 26 terms of the structured settlement agreement or
  1 27 transfer agreement to remain confidential, the
  1 28 financial terms of the structured settlement agreement
  1 29 and the transfer agreement shall be made available to
  1 30 the court or responsible administrative authority for
  1 31 purposes of any in camera proceedings, but shall not
  1 32 be disclosed in the copies of the transfer agreement
  1 33 and disclosure statement filed as a part of the public
  1 34 record."
