  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3129, to Senate File 267, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 46 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  To the department of commerce for the
  1  6 divisions of banking, credit union, insurance,
  1  7 professional licensing and regulation, and utilities
  1  8 in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1231, section 3, and to the
  1  9 department of justice for the office of the consumer
  1 10 advocate within the department of justice in 2000 Iowa
  1 11 Acts, chapter 1229, section 3, and other enactments
  1 12 making appropriations from the general fund of the
  1 13 state for that fiscal year for regulation of
  1 14 businesses that pay for the costs of the regulation."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
