  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 4 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "9A.  A senator shall not solicit or use a
  1  5 contribution from any person for purposes of paying
  1  6 for expenses associated with duties of office or
  1  7 constituency services if the contribution has not
  1  8 first been received by the senator's candidate's
  1  9 committee."
