  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 4 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 24, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "d.  Please list the name of each person from whom
  1  5 you received a contribution for purposes of providing
  1  6 revenue for an issue committee.  For purposes of this
  1  7 paragraph, an "issue committee" means a committee,
  1  8 corporation, company, or association that is formed
  1  9 for purposes of supporting or challenging an existing
  1 10 law, administrative rule or agency action, or
  1 11 executive order."
