  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 4 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "12A.  APPLICABILITY OF LAWS TO SENATE.  A senator
  1  5 shall not be exempt from the applicability of any
  1  6 general law, including any general law that otherwise
  1  7 might be deemed inapplicable as a rule of proceeding
  1  8 under article III of the Constitution of the State of
  1  9 Iowa, section 9."
