1 1 Amend the amendment, H-8206, to Senate File 348, as
1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 3, lines 2 and 3, by striking the words
1 5 "The state board shall adopt" and inserting the
1 6 following: "However, if the state board receives ten
1 7 or fewer applications as of June 30, 2003, and two or
1 8 more of the applications received by the state board
1 9 by that date are submitted by one school district, the
1 10 state board may approve any or all of the applications
1 11 submitted by the school district. The state board
1 12 shall adopt".
