  1  1    Amend Senate File 2228, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 298.4, Code 2001, is amended by
  1  6 adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  6.  To pay the operational costs
  1  8 of transportation expenses otherwise payable from a
  1  9 school district's general fund."
  1 10    #2.  Title page, line 2, by striking the word
  1 11 "purposes" and inserting the following:  "and
  1 12 management levy purposes, and relating to the purposes
  1 13 for which management levy revenue may be utilized".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
