  1  1    Amend Senate File 2267, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 24 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 602.8102, subsection 1, Code
  1  6 Supplement 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    1.  Keep the office of the clerk at the county
  1  8 seat, and be open for court business on a uniform
  1  9 basis throughout the state.
  1 10    Sec.    .  REPEAL.  The section of this Act
  1 11 amending section 602.8102 is repealed upon the
  1 12 division of the state into judicial districts and
  1 13 judicial election districts pursuant to section
  1 14 602.6107."
  1 15    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1 16 "districts and" and inserting the following:
  1 17 "districts,".
  1 18    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 19 word "districts" the following:  ", and the clerks of
  1 20 court offices".
  1 21    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
