  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  366.12  COUNTY ZONING
  1  5 DISCRETIONARY.
  1  6    This chapter shall not be construed as imposing a
  1  7 requirement on a county to adopt a zoning ordinance
  1  8 pursuant to chapter 335."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 10 internal references as necessary.
