  1  1    Amend House File 2571 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "corporation." the following:  "Any assets received by
  1  4 the trust fund from federal or private sources shall
  1  5 at all times be preserved, invested, and expended
  1  6 solely for the purposes of the trust fund and shall be
  1  7 held in trust as provided for in this section.  No
  1  8 property rights in the assets received by the trust
  1  9 fund from federal or private sources shall exist in
  1 10 favor of the state."
