  1  1    Amend Senate File 240, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 22, and inserting the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "2.  All construction work initiated under this
  1  6 program shall conform to the competitive bidding".
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "events." the following:  "The school district shall
  1  9 also retain control over the designation of a name for
  1 10 the school facility or any portion of the school
  1 11 facility, and over the display or distribution of any
  1 12 advertisement, announcement, or information within or
  1 13 on the grounds of the school facility."
