  1  1    Amend House File 2078 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "7A.  The board shall include, in its criteria and
  1  5 procedures for allocation and issuance of certificates
  1  6 and related tax credits, procedures for allocating ten
  1  7 percent of the tax credits for purchase by designated
  1  8 small individual investors.  A designated small
  1  9 individual investor may invest one thousand dollars or
  1 10 more.  The board shall develop a marketing strategy
  1 11 for attracting designated small individual investors
  1 12 to participate in this opportunity, including
  1 13 educational materials regarding the potential
  1 14 advantages and disadvantages of making an investment
  1 15 subject to this division."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
