  1  1    Amend House File 755 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 33, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. 75.  2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1077, section
  1  5 111, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    SEC. 111.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 87 of this Act
  1  7 amending section 411.1, subsection 10, and section 94
  1  8 of this Act, amendment section 411.5, subsection 8,
  1  9 take effect July 1, 2001 2002.
  1 10    Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 75 of this
  1 11 division of this Act, being deemed of immediate
  1 12 importance, takes effect upon enactment."
