  1  1    Amend House File 751 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 15.329, subsection 2,
  1  5 paragraph b, Code 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    b.  Produce or manufacture high value-added goods
  1  7 or services or be in one of the following industries
  1  8 cluster groups:
  1  9    (1)  Value-added agricultural products Life
  1 10 sciences.
  1 11    (2)  Insurance and financial services Information
  1 12 solutions.
  1 13    (3)  Plastics Advanced manufacturing.
  1 14    (4)  Metals.
  1 15    (5)  Printing paper or packaging products.
  1 16    (6)  Drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  1 17    (7)  Software development.
  1 18    (8)  Instruments and measuring devices and medical
  1 19 instruments.
  1 20    (9)  Recycling and waste management.
  1 21    (10)  Telecommunications.
  1 22    Retail business shall not be eligible for benefits
  1 23 under this part."
  1 24    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 25 word "Act" the following:  "relating to economic
  1 26 development programs by providing cluster groups under
  1 27 the new jobs and income program and".
  1 28    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
