1 1 Amend the Senate amendment, H-1855, to House File
1 2 732, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
1 3 as follows:
1 4 #1. Page 4, by striking lines 46 and 47, and
1 5 inserting the following: "this Act, shall be reduced
1 6 by the amounts necessary to attain the withholding
1 7 target amount. If the department of human".
1 8 #2. Page 5, by striking lines 1 through 3, and
1 9 inserting the following: "the withholding factors
1 10 listed in subsection 2 as necessary to achieve the
1 11 withholding target amount. However, in making such
1 12 adjustments to the withholding factors the department
1 13 shall strive to minimize changes to the withholding
1 14 factors for those ending balance percentage ranges
1 15 that are lower than others and shall not adjust the
1 16 zero withholding factor specified in subsection 2,
1 17 paragraph "a"."
