  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-1810, to House File
  1  2 719, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 5 through 8 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 5, by striking lines 15 through 17 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "   .  The next $1,000,000 shall be allocated to
  1  9 the information technology department for
  1 10 implementation of an enterprise data warehouse.
  1 11       .  The next $500,000 shall be allocated to the
  1 12 secretary of state's office to replace the secretary
  1 13 of state's voter registration system.
  1 14       .  The next $1,000,000 shall be allocated to the
  1 15 Iowa department of workforce development for
  1 16 automation of the unemployment system.
  1 17       .  The next $250,000 shall be allocated to the
  1 18 department of agriculture and land stewardship for the
  1 19 e-commerce electronic licensing project.
  1 20       .  The remaining amount in the pooled technology
  1 21 account shall be allocated to implement the
  1 22 recommendations of the information technology council.
  1 23 However, none of these funds may be utilized for
  1 24 asynchronous transfer mode technology conversion, the
  1 25 enterprise resource planning project, or digital
  1 26 broadcast conversion, or for lease-purchase payments
  1 27 in connection therewith. Amounts allocated pursuant to
  1 28 this paragraph shall include any reversions in excess
  1 29 of those necessary to fund the justice data warehouse
  1 30 project.""
