  1  1    Amend Senate File 514, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 32, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "In addition, property taxes certified for law
  1  6 enforcement purposes relating to destruction of
  1  7 facilities and materials used to produce
  1  8 methamphetamine, to enforcement of child pornography
  1  9 laws, to enforcement of laws relating to domestic
  1 10 violence, and to enforcement of laws relating to child
  1 11 abuse or child endangerment are not counted against
  1 12 the maximum amount of property tax dollars that may be
  1 13 certified for the fiscal year under subsection 3."
