  1  1    Amend the amendment H-1823, to House File 745, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 14, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  To the extent that an animal's owner would
  1  6 not otherwise be compensated, section 163.15 shall
  1  7 apply to the owner's loss of any animal destroyed
  1  8 under this section."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
