  1  1    Amend House File 720 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking line 35, and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "commission shall annually limit to two
  1  4 three thousand".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, line 2, by striking the words "two
  1  6 thousand three hundred" and inserting the following:
  1  7 "three thousand".
  1  8    #3.  Page 3, line 3, by striking the word "one" and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "two".
  1 10    #4.  Page 4, line 35, by striking words "This Act
  1 11 takes" and inserting the following:  "Sections 1, 2,
  1 12 3, and 4 of this Act take".
  1 13    #5.  Page 5, line 3, by inserting after the figure
  1 14 "2002." the following:  "Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8 of
  1 15 this Act take effect July 1, 2001."
