  1  1    Amend Senate File 535, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 24, line 8, by striking the word
  1  4 "subsection" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "subsections".
  1  6    #2.  Page 24, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "NEW SUBSECTION.  31.  Adopt rules requiring the
  1  9 institutions of higher learning under the board to
  1 10 prohibit student health centers administered by the
  1 11 institutions from offering medically induced
  1 12 termination of a pregnancy, including but not limited
  1 13 to usage of mifepristone or RU-486."
