1 1 Amend Senate File 528, as passed by the Senate, as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 5, by inserting after line 23 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. . Pursuant to section 313.4, subsection
1 6 2, there is appropriated from the primary road fund to
1 7 the department of general services for the fiscal year
1 8 beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, the
1 9 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 10 to be used for the purpose designated:
1 11 For planning and design of a state institutional
1 12 road that shall be an extension of Twelfth street
1 13 south of Court avenue, adjacent to the new judicial
1 14 building in Des Moines:
1 15 .................................................. $ 34,000
1 16 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
1 17 in this section that remain unencumbered or
1 18 unobligated at the close of the fiscal year shall not
1 19 revert but shall remain available for expenditure for
1 20 the purpose designated until the close of the fiscal
1 21 year that begins July 1, 2004."
1 22 #2. Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
1 23 word "transportation" the following: "and the
1 24 department of general services".
