  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1627, to House File 726, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by striking the word "by" and
  1  4 inserting the word "in".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "counties" the following:  "implementing lead hazard
  1  7 remediation programs.  Nothing in this subsection
  1  8 shall be construed as requiring the adoption of the
  1  9 model regulations".
  1 10    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
