  1  1    Amend Senate File 242, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 3, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  135B.7A  PROCEDURES –
  1  6 ORDERS.
  1  7    The department shall adopt rules".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7, the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "Sec.    .  Section 135B.7A is repealed June 30,
  1 11 2007."
  1 12    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 13 word "hospitals" the following:  "and providing for a
  1 14 repeal".
  1 15    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
