1 3 inserting the following: "person is guilty of
1 4 criminal mischief as provided in section 716.1, and
1 5 commits the same class of offense as provided in
1 6 sections 716.3 through 716.6 based on the amount of
1 7 damage to the research crop or crop operation property
1 8 where the research crop is maintained."
1 9 #2. By striking page 6, line 28 through page 7,
1 10 line 6, and inserting the following: "person is
1 11 guilty of criminal mischief as provided in section
1 12 716.1, and commits the same class of offense as
1 13 provided in sections 716.3 through 716.6 based on the
1 14 amount of damage to the crop or crop operation
1 15 property where the crop is maintained."
