CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION (Regular Calendar) Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up for immediate consideration Senate Concurrent Resolution 119. Senate Concurrent Resolution 119 On motion of Senator Iverson, Senate Concurrent Resolution 119, a concurrent resolution relating to a study of the issues involving railroad rights-of-way crossings by utilities, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Iverson offered amendment S-5613, filed by him on April 25, 2000, to page 2 of the resolution, and moved its adoption. Amendment S-5613 was adopted by a voice vote. Senator Iverson moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution 119, as amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that House File 2519 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 119 be immediately messaged to the House.
