  Senator Maddox asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5456, filed by him on April 17, 2000, to
  page 14 of the bill.

  Senator Bolkcom asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5445, filed by him on April 17, 2000, to
  page 14 of the bill.
