  The appointee having received a two-thirds vote was declared to
  have been confirmed by the Senate.

  Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Sally Stutsman, as a
  member of the Mental Health Risk Board, placed on the Individual
  Confirmation Calendar on March 29, 2000, and found on page 941 of
  the Senate Journal.

  Senator Bolkcom moved that the foregoing appointment be
  confirmed by the Senate.
