UNFINISHED BUSINESS House File 2419 On motion of Senator Maddox, House File 2419, a bill for an act changing the criminal penalties relating to possession, manufacture, or delivery of amphetamines, with report of committee recommending passage, placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on March 23, 2000, was taken up for consideration. Senator McKean offered amendment S-5341, filed by Senators McKean and Maddox on April 5, 2000, to page 3 and to the title page of the bill. Senator Dvorsky raised the point of order that amendment S-5341 was not germane to the bill. Senator Dvorsky withdrew his point of order.
