Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-5322, filed by Senators Gronstal and Jensen from the floor to pages 1 and 2 of amendment S-5185. The Senate stood at ease at 2:29 p.m. until the fall of the gavel for the purpose of party caucuses. The Senate resumed session at 3:43 p.m., Senator Hedge presiding. President Kramer took the chair at 4:02 p.m. Senator Gronstal moved the adoption of amendment S-5322. A record roll call was requested. On the question "Shall amendment S-5322 be adopted?" Senator Jensen moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment.
