1 5 " . A franchisor shall not discriminate against
1 6 a proposed transferee of a franchise on the basis of
1 7 race, color, national origin, religion, sex, or
1 8 disability."
1 9 #2. Page 13, line 32, by inserting after the word
1 10 "franchisee." the following: "A determination of
1 11 whether the duty of good faith with respect to a new
1 12 outlet or location has been met shall be made pursuant
1 13 to the provisions, standards, and procedures in
1 14 subsection 6.
1 15 11A. EXCLUSION. For purposes of this section,
1 16 "franchise" does not include a contract under which a
1 17 franchise relationship is established with respect to
1 18 retreaded tires and related equipment used for
1 19 commercial vehicles."
