  development, the public employment relations board, and making
  related statutory changes, and providing an effective date provision,
  placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on March 16, 2000, was
  taken up for consideration.

  Senator Soukup offered amendment S-5192, filed by her from the
  floor to pages 1, 5, 6, 8-12, and 15 of the bill, and moved its adoption.
