House File 2510 On motion of Senator McKean, House File 2510, a bill for an act relating to operating while intoxicated, including ignition interlock provisions, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator McKean offered amendment S-5156, filed by the committee on Transportation on March 15, 2000, to page 1 of the bill, and moved its adoption. Amendment S-5156 was adopted by a voice vote. Senator Redfern asked and received unanimous consent that action on House File 2510 be deferred.
