  BILL SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR

  A communication was received announcing that on March 14,
  2000, the Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of
  State the following bill:

  S.F. 2091 - A bill for an act relating to procedures for discontinuance of a
  city.

  REPORT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  Pursuant to Senate Rule 21, I report that in engrossing
  Senate File 2126, the following correction was made:

  1.	Page 3, line 9, the words and numbers "subsections 1 through 4A" were
  changed to
  the words and numbers "subsections 1 through 5".

  INTRODUCTION OF BILL

  Senate File 2428, by committee on Appropriations, a bill for an
  act appropriating funds to the department of economic development,
  certain board of regents institutions, the department of workforce
