BUSINESS PENDING Senate File 2367 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2367, a bill for an act relating to the information collected through termination of pregnancy reporting, previously deferred. Senator Hammond offered amendment S-5134, filed by Senators Hammond and Harper from the floor to pages 1, 2, and 4 of the bill. Senator Bartz called for a division of amendment S-5134: Lines 2-6 and 11-17 as division S-5134A; Lines 7-10 as division S-5134B. LEAVE OF ABSENCE Leave of absence was granted as follows: Senator McCoy, for the remainder of the day, on request of Senator Black.
