  1  6 pregnancy or who".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 14 through 17.
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, by striking line 22, and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "in which the patient resides county and
  1 10 state".
  1 11    #4.  Page 2, line 12, by striking the words
